Greetings Compadre!
What's with the new name? Well, a dictionary tells us a "compadre" is a close friend or associate, a companion. In Spanish, Compadre is a term of deep respect, akin to a Godfather. All these are accurate and yet when the word Compadre is applied to our company, it's so much more. Our new name says we're friendly, we're loyal, and that we don't take ourselves too seriously. But more importantly Compadre says who we are to our customers. It says that we take your business very seriously. That we're your partner and your ally. 

So why the dog? Because in addition to their legendary reputation as Man's Best Friend, they also embody all the qualities we aspire to as a company. A faithful companion, always there, always ready to go. Eager to please, energetic, trustworthy. Dogs are inherently humble, ever-curious, unusually resourceful. They're tenacious and predictable in their moods, and those moods are always good. We believe all the good things dogs bring to our lives can also be brought to our company, and therefore to yours.  When you work with Compadre, we've got your back.
